Mariah Carey has plans to get rid of her assistants at some point of time in future to lead a simple life.
The singer said that she was once advised by a "very famous diva" to do her work on her own.
"A very famous diva once told me, 'Mariah, one day you're not going to want to have all these people around you,'" the Daily Star quoted her as telling TV chatshow This Morning.
