German supermodel Heidi Klum has officially changed her name to Heidi Samuel.
A Los Angeles commissioner has approved Klum to adopt the surname of her husband Seal real name Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel, reports People magazine.
In her filing, Klum, 36, gave a one-word reason for the change
