Lindsay Lohan's dad has published a touching letter to her in 'In Touch' mag.
Although the actress had lashed out at Michael Lohan for making public his concerns about her, senior Lohan has not backed out from speaking his mind.
In the beginning of the letter he apologizes to his daughter for "the pain and inner turmoil that I am responsible for, for being away in prison or getting divorced from Mom," reports Contactmusic.
He calls Lindsay "my blessed daughter," and adds
